-Built the University Tees presence at small colleges and universities through developing the Internal Campus Sales program.

-Led a team of other Campus Managers at The Ohio State University.
-Held monthly meetings and gave updates to our Business Development Leader.
-Mentored new Campus Managers until they became familiar with their position. 
-Boosted team morale and built our team relationship through planning team outings (ex. dinners, meetings over coffee, etc.)

-Worked with a variety of student organizations at The Ohio State University to create custom apparel through University Tees.
-Helped clients through the design process by being the communicator between graphic designers and clients.

-Tracked events for clients to ensure they receive apparel on time. 
-Developed creative designs for campus-wide orders.
