SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL CONTENT

_Managing the day-to-day calendar for posts across owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube primarily)
_Sourcing and shooting selects—curating what posts will look like and what they’ll speak to during evergreen periods
_Social copywriting—caption copy across Instagram feed, stories, TikTok and YouTube description boxes
_Ideating new product launch rollout cadence and strategizing needed posts, as well as briefing, sourcing and choosing selects for posts
_Organizing day-to-day content, Social Creator Content, GRWM content, and miscellaneous content (ex. OOH capture, external partner content, etc.) in Google Drive
_Working closely with the Glossier Creative Team on content needs across social (ex. creating briefs, pulling inspiration, etc.)
_Connecting with cross-functional teams to support their projects on social
_Creating content briefs and and pulling references for cross-functional partners for on-site content capture when I'm not in attendance
_Ad hoc shooting content for Instagram and TikTok (ex. IRL events, UGC-style content, ASMR unboxings, TikTok trends)
_Designing in Figma for cultural moments, educational content, or adding shade names or product names to content as needed
_Supporting briefing calls, branding and editing videos for our Get Ready With Me (GRWM) series on YouTube
_Leading outreach to Social Content Creators, including scopes and negotiations
_Creating briefs for Social Content Creators, including pulling references and thoughtfully assigning content needs to specific creators who specialize in specific style content
_Leading briefing calls with Social Content Creators (and managers), answering any questions about their scope
_Pulling contacts for all social seeding quantities, then placing + shipping orders and tracking success in Tribe Dynamics
_Supporting planning and hosting community events: including vendor research, creating guest lists, packing gifts, ideating run-of-show, and event setup + takedown
